Silicone Release Film
Matte PVC Film
Description
Glossy surface PVC film uses polyvinyl chloride as the main material and is processed through additives and molding processes. It is a hard, thin, super transparent, crystal-free polyvinyl chloride film with good light transmittance.
Especially in the field of printing, it has excellent weather resistance, flexibility and ink adhesion ability. It is suitable for offset printing, inkjet printing, UV printing, screen printing and other methods. It is an ideal printing material.
Features
- Good transparency and brightness. Can provide high definition and bright colors, making prints look more vivid.
- Very good weather resistance. It can resist the influence of sunlight, moisture, chemicals and some physical factors, keep the color and pattern of the printed matter from fading for a long time, and extend the service life of the printed matter.
- Has good flexibility and plasticity. Can be heated as needed and bonded with other materials.
Printing Methods
- PVC ordinary ink embossing
This method has good printing quality and high efficiency. It is currently a more suitable printing process. Since embossing equipment generally does not have UV equipment, film printing is limited, so equipment upgrading is a necessary condition for printing films.
- PVC ordinary ink flexographic printing
This is a traditional printing method with excellent quality. Since the surface tension of solvent ink is low, the requirements for the surface tension of the film are not as strict as other inks, so the ink layer is strong and the process is relatively simple. However, solvents have an impact on the environment and are harmful to the human body. They are a printing method that is about to be eliminated.
The characteristics are the same as UV embossing, but the cost is higher, but the requirements for the surface tension of the film are relatively loose. Generally, manufacturers use water-based inks for printing, and UV glazing can reduce costs and improve printing effects.
- Water-based ink flexographic printing
This is the most advanced printing method in the world today, with low cost, good quality and no pollution. However, the process requirements are strict. The surface tension of the film must be above 40 dyne, and there are strict requirements for the pH value and viscosity of the ink.
- PVC ordinary ink screen printing
This new process can be printed on a single sheet or in rolls, with high cost and good quality. Sheet-fed printing does not need to be left on a rack to dry, and roll printing can be done at high speeds.
- Solvent ink screen printing
This is a traditional process, usually single-sheet manual printing and roll-linked printing. More than 95% are single-sheet printing, which has good effect and low cost. However, ordinary solvent-based screen printing PVC inks are harmful to the human body and pollute the environment.
Application
Suitable for use in various packages, labels, outdoor billboards, display cabinets, car signs, bank cards, membership cards, gift cards and other fields.
