Transparent PVC Film
Opaque PVC Film
Description
Matte surface PVC film uses polyvinyl chloride as the main material and is processed through additives and molding processes. It is a hard, thin, textured polyvinyl chloride film with good light transmittance. Especially in the field of printing, it has excellent weather resistance, flexibility and ink adhesion ability. It is suitable for offset printing, inkjet printing, UV printing, screen printing and other methods. It is an ideal printing material.
Features
- The surface of the matte PVC film has a texture. When illuminated by light, it will not appear dazzling, but will scatter the light, showing a gentle light effect.
- Has very good weather resistance. It can resist the influence of sunlight, moisture, chemicals and some physical factors, keep the color and pattern of the printed matter from fading for a long time, and extend the service life of the printed matter.
- Has good flexibility and plasticity. It can be heated as needed and bonded to other materials.
The Difference Between Glossy Film And Matte Film
- Commonly used include glossy film, matte film, soft touch film, crystal film, laser film, snowflake film, etc. The glossy film has bright colors and a smooth surface; the matte film has a soft color, a misty surface and a frosted feel.
- Lamination is divided into “glossy film” and “matte film”. The surface effect of the light film is crystal clear, colorful and does not change color for a long time. It has a soft feel and colorful surface colors. It is a safe and environmentally friendly building material that can be selected according to the changing color perception of the times. The matte film has a mist-like surface, and after coating, the surface becomes matte and frosted.
- Matt film has a mist-like surface. The surface of products covered with matte film is non-reflective, elegant and has a frosted texture. The surface color is soft and the appearance is quiet and elegant. It is often used in high-end packaging industries, such as clothing packaging, gift packaging, tea packaging and other industries.
- PVC matte film is a film with a smooth and delicate surface. According to different glue application methods, tactile films can be divided into three types: pre-coated adhesive film, pre-coated hot-melt adhesive film, and pre-coated hot-melt adhesive film for digital printing.
Advantages Of Tactile Film
- It has good abrasion resistance; it has a certain color and luster, and the tone is not lost after lamination. It is more bright and soft on black and red solid or full-color dark colors.
- It has a special velvet-like smooth and delicate touch.
- High haze, more special matte effect.
The composite advantage of tactile film can be laminated with any paper with a smooth surface. Colored paper or printing paper, long and short fiber cultural paper can be used as the basic composite paper. The velvet effect on the surface of the tactile film is smoother and more delicate than that of tactile paper. In comparison, tactile paper appears drier. If fingerprints are stained on packaging products using tactile film, they can be easily wiped away with water.
Advantages Of Matte Film
As can be seen from the color difference on the surface, the matte film has a mist-like surface; after coating, the surface becomes matte and frosted. Extended information: Laminating, also known as “over-plastic”, “gluing”, “filming”, etc. Refers to a transparent plastic film that is applied to the surface of printed matter through hot pressing to protect and increase gloss.
Application
Suitable for photo albums, book protective cases, business cards, picture albums, posters, cards, labels and other fields.
