Glossy Polycarbonate Film
Anti-fog Film
Description
Kaixin’s textured polycarbonate (PC) film is a surface treatment film based on polycarbonate (PC). Its main purpose is to enhance the appearance of the material and improve its performance characteristics by processing the surface morphology and structure. Polycarbonate (PC) film has better impact resistance, softer and smoother surface, and can be customized in color and thickness according to customer needs. In addition, through special processing, textured PC films and sheets can also have anti-yellowing, anti-aging, anti-UV and other properties to meet product needs in specific scenarios.
Polycarbonate (PC) textured film has excellent wear resistance and impact resistance, soft surface texture, high chemical resistance, excellent formability and printing ability. One side of the product can be treated with fine sand, medium sand, or coarse sand, and the other side can be made matte or glossy to meet the transmittance and haze requirements of different application fields.
Kaixin’s frosted polycarbonate (PC) film and matte polycarbonate (PC) film can improve the visual environment. Therefore, matte polycarbonate (PC) films are mainly used in surface decoration, floor drawing, high-performance labels and other fields , inner film decoration and various ink screen printing. Natural polycarbonate (PC) film is available in sheet and roll forms for customers to choose from.
Features
- Manufacturability: It is easy to form and mass-produce using technologies such as IMD, and can be widely used in suitcases, trolley cases and various luggage products.
- Good mechanical properties: Polycarbonate (PC) film has excellent mechanical properties such as high strength, high rigidity, wear resistance, and impact resistance, and can be used to manufacture various products that require high strength and high toughness.
- High temperature resistance and flame retardant properties: Polycarbonate (PC) film can withstand high temperatures, generally 120-140°C. There are also special polycarbonate materials that can withstand high temperatures above 160°C.
- Corrosion resistance: Polycarbonate (PC) film has good corrosion resistance to most chemicals and can maintain the stability of its performance and appearance.
