Kaixin utilizes staged and departmental processes to advance technologies from concept to carry out this plan and products from concept to carry out the work. Within each stage, there are predefined deliverable that are unified across all business units that must be met to move forward to all departments review. After reviewing, a predefined list of approved products must unanimously agree to allow the project to move to the next stage.
