Trustworthy brand, over twenty years of experience

As society becomes increasingly informatized, card manufacturers continue to seek more efficient and more anti-counterfeiting materials to manufacture ID cards, passports and driver’s licenses.

We have contributed to security information by cooperating with some card manufacturers to research several materials with low price and strong anti-counterfeiting capabilities.

We Offer Two Main Solutions:

PVC +PET

PVC card core is the most widely used material for plastic blank ID cards and has been used for photo ID cards for more than 10 years. PVC card core ‘s smooth surface is low-cost, accepts dyes for high-quality image printing on ID cards, and is compatible with most laminates. Although PVC card cores are widely used, their durability is limited for high-usage applications. Materials can be printed as pre-cut cardstock or sheet material (on large digital presses). PVC is usually the lowest cost material used for ID cards and is mainly used for ID cards with durability requirements of 1-3 years.

polyester layer film is used in roll form, applied to the surface of the ID card in the form of a “patch”, or applied to the cut PVC card core in sheet form . A variety of security features can be incorporated, including optically variable features, security printing or serial numbers. These polyester films are used in many secure government identification cards, providing a high level of counterfeit and tampering deterrent. The highest level of lamination occurs when Mylar and PVC card cores are fused under heat and pressure. Laminating polyester materials to other types of PVC card core requires specialized adhesives. The Mylar film is therefore relatively easy to remove intact, making the original ID card or document susceptible to tampering.

PC

Continuously improving the security of ID documents. Compared with other commonly used ID materials, the advantage of polycarbonate film is that it can be laminated without the use of adhesives. The separate layers of material are so tightly bonded to each other that the document products for various purposes become a single complete polycarbonate sheet. This eliminates counterfeiting by tampering with photocopies of images or lamination of security features, which could cause the document itself to be damaged or leave clear traces. PC films are used in document products in more than 50 countries around the world.

Over the years, PC film has been widely used in various documents such as ID cards, passports and driver’s licenses from various countries. The anti-counterfeiting of such documents is a major challenge, such as its adaptability to laser marking and the integration of the film fusion layer. For those documents that require contactless data conversion through integrated chips, the biggest advantage of the film is that its material has good durability and wear resistance. Our polycarbonate film can allow ID documents to have multiple security features. High-contrast laser etching can combine differentiated security features and integrated circuit chips. Multi-layer films can be firmly fused together to achieve ideal protection.

Security cards have the characteristics of small size, light weight, easy to carry, safe and reliable, stable performance and low cost of use. They have been widely used in many fields of national economic life. The printing requirements for the surface images of smart license cards are also becoming increasingly diversified, and personalized printing requirements account for an increasing share. Therefore, the continued prosperity of the security card market has brought about huge demand for security card personalization equipment.
