As the first manufacture of polarizer in China, Kaixin believes that continuous innovation and research and development are the main driving force for the company’s development. That is also the reason of Kaixin becoming China’s leading polymer optical materials company nowadays.
There are more than 60 R&D and technical people, accounting for about 30% of the company’s total manpower. The core R&D and technical people have been in the fields of liquid crystal display devices, new polymer optical materials and optical functional film materials for more than 20 years.
We also have the advanced technical equipment and testing equipment for the entire process chain, and have mastered the technology of the entire industry chain from monomer, polymer material polymerization, substrate film stretching, compositing, optical functional film R&D, manufacturing, and application. And it is in the leading position in the country and among the same countries in Japan and South Korea. We plan to extend to the upstream industry of optical films, that is the basic material end: from optical film – base film calendering, extrusion and stretching – optical grade polymer material polymerization and modification.
